“Buoy” ~ GCHS CH Boxwood’s Bell Buoy
Buoy is a Boxwood boy bred by Christine Nethery. He was a pick puppy from Christine’s “Georgia” (CH Alaman Boxwood Georgia) out of “Brisbane” (CH Boxwood Brisbane). He came to us a 9-week-old puppy and quickly became “Bill’s dog”!
Buoy went to Alan Waterman, his exclusive handler at 7 months old. He completed his Championship in 2 weekends at 8 months, and his Grand Championship at 11 months. After a few months back at the farm he returned to Alan as a Special, completing his GCHB at 17 months and his GCHS at 23 months. Buoy retired from his show career at 2.5 years old to come home and be a farm dog.
Buoy is NE Clear, OFA Hip Good, SA Normal, CERF Normal, Elbows Normal and Thyroid Normal. His Embark is all clear and available to view here.
“Ringo” ~ CH Wool ‘n Wind’s Ring the Bell Aus Clicquistan
Partnering with a friend on an exciting litter is always fun, but a partnership that produces something AWESOME is especially so! Working with Bill Brunkin of Clicquistan Poodles in Syracuse, NY, we bred our boy Buoy to his “Tina” GCH Magicastle in Clicquistan Sistine Sorpresa. The results were fantastic! Bill whelped a beautiful litter of 8, and we are showing two; he has “Annie” in the ring and we have “Ringo”.
Ringo is bred by William Brunken, Dale Hunter, and Donna Grant, and Owned by Donna Grant and Wiliam Brunken. He was shown through his Championship, which he earned in two weekends, by Alan Waterman, and has come home to Wool ‘n Wind to continue his career with his home buddy and housemate, Celeste Morelli. We see exciting things ahead for this Brisbane Grandson!
